What is INZIRA app?
INZIRA app is a business app that helps entrepreneurs manage their sales, inventory & business operations easily on their laptop, phones or other devices.
What can I sell on INZIRA?
You can sell anything on INZIRA as long as it is legal.
Can I advertise my products on INZIRA?
INZIRA does not help to run ads but it has all the right tools to help with your ads like Facebook pixel, Google analytics. You can see analytics to make informed decisions about your business. When you upload your products on your website, you can share your website link to your customers and also run ads on your website.
Is INZIRA only available in Rwanda?
Yes, INZIRA is currently only available in Rwanda but is set to have a global launch soon.
Is INZIRA a marketplace like Jumia & Jiji?
No. INZIRA is an app that provides you with tools you can use to create a website to sell online and manage your business.
Is INZIRA app free?
No. However, you can get started with a 14-day free trial, after which you can subscribe to any plan of your choice.
Can INZIRA help me run payment on delivery?
No. INZIRA does not interfere with your delivery process. You get to decide how you want to manage or price your deliveries by yourself.
Does INZIRA run ads for businesses?
No. INZIRA doesn’t. However, INZIRA enables you run efficient ads because you can integrate Facebook Pixel & Google Analytics into your INZIRA website.
Will INZIRA bring me customers?
No. INZIRA will not bring you customers, however the INZIRA app gives you tools and features that can use to attract and retain customers.
Can I do dropshipping on INZIRA?
Yes. You can manage any type of legitimate retail business on INZIRA.
Will INZIRA deliver my products to my customers?
No. INZIRA, however, makes fulfilling orders easy as we have integrations with delivery companies like Fez and Shipbubble.
Can my data get lost?
Your INZIRA website and data is completely cloud - based, which means your data cannot get lost. It also means that you do not have to worry about maintaining software or servers.
Can my INZIRA account be suspended?
Yes. If your account engages in the sale of illegal/prohibited items or fraudulent activity, we may suspend your account based on the terms in our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
Can I use INZIRA for my service business?
Yes. However, INZIRA is currently better suited for businesses that sell tangible products (retail businesses)
Can I create more than one business on INZIRA?
Yes. But they will be created with different email addresses & details. However, if you have more than one branch of the same business, you can manage them with one account.
How do I reach out to INZIRA Support?

I already have a website. Can I still use INZIRA?
Yes. INZIRA allows you to integrate an existing website into its inventory management system. This is however, not available on the free plan.
Can I delete my INZIRA account?
Yes.
Can business owners outside Rwanda use INZIRA?
Yes, in a limited way. Contact [email protected] to find out what is available to you.
Will INZIRA bring me sales?
No. INZIRA will not bring you sales directly as it is not a marketplace. However, it can make sales easier and faster with the tools available on it, based on how you use it as a business owner.
Can I host courses on INZIRA?
No. You can, however, sell courses on INZIRA.
