How do I pay for a INZIRA subscription plan?
Once you sign up, you can pay with your Card, bank transfer, QR code or USSD.
Can I change my INZIRA plan at anytime?
Yes, you can upgrade to a bigger plan at any time.
Can I pay monthly for a subscription plan?
No. INZIRA subscription plans are billed quarterly, bi-annually or annually.
If I am on a plan but I want more of a particular feature eg: more messaging credits, can I pay extra just for that feature?
It depends. For purchases like messaging credits or custom domain names, you can purchase them independently of your subscription plan.
Am I automatically charged for subscription renewals?
No. The exception is if you don’t cancel your subscription when you pay with your card.
What happens if I don’t renew my subscription?
Your store & business data remains valid but you are immediately reverted to the free plan and lose access to all premium features.
Do you offer discounts on subscription?
Yes. When you pay for a whole year, you can save as much as 40,000 on your subscription fee.
Can I pay for my subscription with other currencies?
We receive payment in Rwandan Francs (RWF), USD, and Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Airtel Money). We’ll be opening up to more currencies very soon.
